When I first moved in with my husband we were given a lot of attitude from Martha, one of the managers. She had the wrong date for when we were moving in. The people there were not very friendly and walking along the hallways were like walking around a hotel, it was so impersonal and the walls were very plain, no pics or anything. There were no screens on the windows and there was no AC so on a warm day we had to open the windows to get some air and then the flies came in. I cleaned the apt. every day because I thought maybe that it smelled and that wasa what was attracting the flies but no, they just flew in and I had to put up fly strips everywhere. It was horrible. The pool wasn't heated and the surrounding buildings blocked any sun from warming the pool. The grounds were nice and the surrounding area was nice. But I wouldn't reccommend SBMA to anyone. There are much nicer places to go that are not as expensive.
