I lived in the complex for 2 years. The location was well placed. I worked in the financial district and could walk or take public transport to work. The activity generated by Pac Bell park was reasonable, but guest parking is tough (as it is anywhere else in SF!). The maintenace staff was top nothc and very knowledgeable and friendly, the office staff was also friendly but not also on top of what was going on.

Most tenants were business oriented, so a sense of community is not there.
