I lived there for nearly four years. The staff was great and answered any question or problem right away. It is a beautiful place and couldn't be in a better location. Lowest crime rate in the City and convenient to the ballpark and public transit as well as many places to eat and good bars. Noisey at night, though, so get an interior unit.
