I live on the 9th floor facing the city, but have an awesome view of the lit up bay bridge at night. Apartment is very clean. Hallways and grounds are well maintained. Parking garage is horrible. I almost get into head-on collisons with huge SUV's everyday - people drive much too fast in the garage. Price to live here is very expensive. After dark the neighborhood is basically shut down and boring. Many of the residents living here are stuck up and snooty, and very unfriendly. The people that work in the management office are very stuck up too, except for Martha - she is funny and nice.If your apartment faces the city, your balcony never see sun.

Thank god, I heard the truth before committing based on their false marketing. So any recommendations for a decent 1BR luxury apartment in Mi.Bay/SoBe area?
