I moved around from 2 BRs to 1 BRs, with view and without, and liked the property overall. Management is very courteous and friendly, and I have been impressed with the scale of the improvements undertaken at the facility, including new paint everywhere, resurfaced tennis courts, pool and hottub refurbished, etc. It is a little expensive, but some of the amenities are top-notch, like the shuttle to and from the financial district and the well-maintained courtyard.
The neighborhood is still catching up to all the new residents, but it will get there eventually. Tiny grocery store down the block, but nothing larger is near. Good video store very close. Crossroads is a first-rate coffee shop. Overall, a good living experience.
