I have to disagree with other renters.
It has been made very clear (to myself and others) that if I need to speak to the staff, to make an appointment so that they can give me 100% or their time. Parking is great, everyone gets at least one stall-you have to pay for extra if there are any available. You can visit the facilities anytime on week days, if you have an appointment. Drop-ins on the weekend. This is a business, they aren't there to drop everything when I need them, unless it's an emergency. Pet policy has changed due to problems with pets, however, the tenants that do have pets- got them before the policy changed. I am one of those tenants, and I am thankful they did not require me to get rid of my yorkie once the policy changed.

I think you should check the place out before you make judgements based on a couple of unhappy customers. But CALL AHEAD! Treat them with respect, and they will do the same to you.
