I love living here. We moved in several years ago with our children and have been fortuate enough to have been able to keep up with the fluxuating market rents. For a building that is over 20-years old this place is terrific. The owners are obviously interested in doing thier best to keep up with the neighborhood, they have recently updated the clubhouse with WiFi, flat screen TV's, coffee maker, billard table and table hockey. It's a great place to hang out (or to send the teenagers to when they get out of hand). On Fridays & Saturdays everyone brings down a bottle of this or that to share and socialize.
