Depends on what you're looking for

If you are on vacation or only plan to stay for a few months, this is a great place. Things get more complicated when you stay for a while. First of all, the office staff is either poorly trained or just lies about certain things. For example, we asked if the apartments were rented out as hotel rooms or if they had ever been hotel rooms. The staff told us no, never. Two months later, I made friends with the lady that cleaned the hotel rooms. Apparently, about a third of the apartments are rented out as hotel rooms (or as the staff probably likes to think of them "short term apartments"). The front door of our building was constantly under repair which made me feel unsafe in conjunction with the security guards who are usually too busy to look up from sports/dinner/boredom at whomever enters the front entrance.
Our sinks were constantly clogged, our dishwasher was unsuccessfully repaired several times. Nothing stays fixed for more than a few days. The maintenance crew gets an A for 'affort' but an F for success. The jacuzi was broken 1/3 of the time.
All in all, our living experience at SFP would have been great if we were one of the transient guests who never really realized they were being deceived. But we still came out ok because we cleaned the hell out of our apartment and actually got 2/3 of our deposit back in constrast with most of our neighbors. Tant pis!
