St Francis Place Apartments

bad maintenance but good apt From: slushi Date posted: 10/5/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I was satisfied with my stay at st francis place. the price we got was very competitive at the time and the apartment was in generally good condition. The only problem with the apartment was street noise on weekends in the bedroom facing the street. The constant elevator and door breakdowns were very annoying. The parking spots were very expensive and tiny, just asking for someone to scratch your car. The exterior and courtyard were well maintained. The leasing office people were nice enough to me, although I had minimal interaction with them. Overall, if you get a good rental rate from st. francis, take it, but i don't think it is anything special and would not pay above market value to live here.
