St Francis Place Apartments

I loved it here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/7/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   It's not perfect and could use some work like painting, more gym equipment and 24-hour front desk but, it's safe, the staff is nice and the people that live here are friendly. Maintenance can be a problem but you can call the manager and she will see that it is taken care of. It takes way to long for things to get done. The spa took three months for repairs ( was about a one week job), the gym took over two months (again, about a one week job) and the hallway carpets and elevators look pretty bad but for the price, it's ok. The location is great. you can walk to everything and public transportation is just outside the door. Overall, i'd give it a thumbs up.
