I lived in a corporate apartment here twice over the past five years and can't believe the difference in my experiences.
My first time I was greeted, made to feel welcome, helped in every way possible. When I returned I found the old manager had been laid off and someone else had been demoted and brought over to managem the place. The staff wasn't helpful anymore. No one wanted to be bothered. No one seemed to know what they were doing or to care.
Everywhere I went I heard the dame thing. The florist, Max's, the maintenance staff everyone said the same thing. No one cares anymore. Just give us your money and don't bother us.
the place has gotten so run down. When I stayed the first time I was told the clubhouse was going to be remodeled. That was four years ago and nothing has been done. The TV doesn't work. No radio. Nothing.
The gym equipment is inadequate, torn and only kind of works. The apartments leak, the carpet is crap, the plumbing is terrible. About once a week you have to have someone come in a unclog the drain or you will be standing in 5 inches of water by the time you finish your shower.
The maintenance supervisors are the worst. Bob seems to know what he is doing but has a temper and is very confrontational. the new guy David or Danny or what ever is drunk. You see him stumbling around at night. The rest of the staff hates him.
The owners of the property don't care about the residents at all. The would screw their mothers out of a dime if they could figure out a way to do it.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!
