Great Apartment, Even Better Location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/14/2002 Years at this apartment: 1992 - 2002   My family and I have lived her for more than 10 years and have always been treated with respect and dignity. Anyone who ownes or manages a business understand economics. If rents go down than obivously some services have to go. It's unfortunate for the staff that tenants don't understand that decisions to cut services or make major changes come from upper management. If you want to be mad at someone, blame it Legacy Partners and not the poor girls in the office that have to sit there day in and day out and take the abuse from unreasonable, irrate idiots. Hats Off to the Staff at St. Francis Place!! Remember: If you don't like it here then move!! or stop complaining.
