St Francis Place Apartments

So Sorry I Signed That 14 Month Lease From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   So apparently at St. Francis Place, they have never heard of short-term leases and now I am stuck in this place for another year. The hallways smell and have terrible carpet and lighting. The management likes to ignore you. And the best part' The day I was supposed to move in, I showed up with a U-Haul full of all my stuff and the apartment wasn't even ready. I had to sit in the courtyard with all my stuff while my dad returned the truck for two hours waiting for the maintenance to clean the apartment. It is noisy and the cement walls do not block out my neighbor who insists on blasting music at the most inappropriate times. I cannot wait for next September so I can move out!
