St Francis Place Apartments

A lot of things don't make sense From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   1) The ClearBay cable thing. It is terrible...I think we are the only people in San Francisco that still cannot receive an HDTV signal. 2) They don't sign for your packages. It makes absolutely no sense. Why would I live in a community complex and pay the premium if I am not provided premium services' The vast majority of people in this building have JOBS...we cannot be at home at 1pm on Tuesday to accept a freaking package. 3) Why can't the guards be there 24/7' And why can't be nice' Seems like we are paying luxury rent for sub-luxurious amenities. The good thing about the place is that the ground are pretty nice and it is very quiet, at least from my apartment. But I'm moving out as soon as I get the chance, this place should be shut down and run by a real management company.
