Not Bad, Great Neighborhood

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
The area is great, but you have to walk up a hill. North Beach is very close, lots to do.
Building is clean and no problems, manager is nice and very cute! Trinity Properties sucks though and can be difficult, but I pay my rent on time and things get fixed so I don't have any real problems. But a few other tenants have had problems. Apartment is SMALL, but not bad as my apt. in NY.
