Great Area, Clean Building From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/19/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I love North Beach and I love the apartment building, but it is up a hill and somedays I don't feel like walking up it! Luckily cabs are pretty close by in finance district where I work. The only 'staff' at the property is one girl in the office and some janitor people. The girl in the office Carrie is incredibly helpful. Maintenance comes from outside, I don't know if it's some other company or what. I had trouble turning off my shower, but they came and fixed it. The rooms are smallish, it's sort of like a hotel, but I like it fine. The sundeck is great, when it's not windy! The building is in a great location, but like I said, it's up a hill! There is a bus and you can walk everywhere! The bars are on Grant street and that's VERY convenient! I don't have a car here, but I know you can pay for temporary parking even if you don't rent a parking space. My friends come now and then and I get temporary parking...it's great. I'm happy here, but my lease was for a few months only and then it's back east again and I'll miss it here!
