Time to move... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   The manager is leaving. She has been there I think 2 years. The place is going to go downhill fast. There were many managers before her who didn't stay longer than maybe a month or two. Everyday I see Kerri and wave and say hi. She gets things done, though I only ever had one maintenance problem. Everybody in this building likes her and will hate to see her go. You don't realize someone's importance until their gone. Sitting in that tiny box of an office she helped everybody. Now when I go to work in the mornings, they'll be somebody else there, but who knows for how long. The building is ok, the apartments are pretty crappy and could use a makeover. But North Beach is great and I work nearby in the BofA building. Alot of people are going to be sad when Kerri goes...
