I leased this apartment sight unseen while living 3000 miles away. It was furnished and in a safe neighborhood (based on police records). The apartment met my needs and budget. I left after 3 months because of the noise...not from the tenants but from the building. It's an older property and I could hear every step the upstairs neighbor took. I could also hear him taking care of personal bathroom functions. On site management was rude but the main office was very helpful and friendly. I hired a cleaning person to clean after I moved out but the company still charged me a cleaning fee.
