While the apartment is fair enough, and the rent is decent for a furnished studio, how Trinity makes their money is by keeping the majority of your security deposit. I lived there for 5 months, and they kept $400 of security deposit for carpet cleaning and other cleaning. I was hardly ever in my room and spent two full days cleaning my apt as I had heard of Trinity's reputation, and yet they charged me this amount. When I called to ask, they said the carpet cleaning was $100, and the cleaning cost $65/hour!!! What type of cleaning service charges $65 an hour!'! I'm a lawyer, maybe I should get in the cleaning business if I really want to make some money.
