weeping hobo From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/15/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   If you like noisy neighborhoods this is the place. The place has paper thin windows, so it's very easy to hear hobo's weeping in the middle of the nite and listening in on a conversation that someone is having on the street is not a problem. By the way I'm staying 7 levels above ground. And if you like asbestos there's plenty of it. Overall the place is over priced (1,350.00 1bdrm), very ugly (reminds me of a prison), full of asbestos and w/ never ending traffic noise. This ain't Portside that's for sure.
