Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
#1 Working with Citiapartments is a pain. #2 Neighborhood is terrible, surrounded by prostitutes. #3 They never get anything done in the apt. #4 It always smells in there. #5 The tenants are weird. #6 Overpriced for what you get. #7 The elevator is slow as hell #8 The fixtures are cheap and fall apart #9 You'll feel like you are getting ripped off everytime you come home. #10 Worst apartment I've ever lived in: location, management, the quality of the remodel, fellow tenants, IT IS A DISASTER!
