The best part of coming out of the pandemic was the new GM Anthony.

City Living at Its Best

Amazing views, Incredibly friendly management team
Resident of 2 years - 100% recommend living at The Gateway. Incredibly smooth resident services, amazing management - especially Anthony Carungay and his team. Superb views, safe neighborhood and friendly admin/door staff. With Safeway and starbucks within the building - this is a hidden gem!

Extremely poorly managed apartment complex with accounting being the worst. Also the maintenance... things get months to be fixed. For the amount of money they charge one would expect better quality of communication and response... not with this team I guess.
