Trinity Managment which owns and operates this aweful property are just plain crooks !
they mostly prey on foreign students who have no credit and difficulty renting elsewhere... The most common scam is to refuse to tell a prospective tenant what the deposit will be and then keep the so called " credit report deposit " when the scammed individual balks and refuses to pay the ridiculous deposit ! they take about 100 apps for every apt they have available and at $35 bucks a pop it's a real good scam... Lastly .. the lobby and hallways reek from the chinese restaurant in the lobby.
