We unfortunately still live here and its horrible. The studios are very small and the kitchinette is in the same area with the fridge the size of a cabinet. our room i should call it faces mission street so we cant keep our windows open because of the exhaust dust getting all over our stuff the room gets hot too. the hallway always smells horrible . very little hot water at all it only gets warm and management say theres nothing they can do about it. Another thing the main cable hook up is in the laundry room so anyone can disconnect your cable if they wanted to or steal it . the building is located on the corner of 8th and market in beautiful downtown civic center where you can always see a tent jungle in the front and rear of the building. Security is a joke there never around when you need them and parking is a extra $125. with a $250 deposit
and another thing expect your clothes to be stolen out of the laundry room plus you will see homeless people sleeping in the stair wells elevators and walking throughout the building even though they say the building is secure Trust me think again.
