If you feel like living with the homeless in a 40's decorated apartment and like the siren noise a lot (well, just like living in the middle of the road) then I would recommend this place. I've lived here for 6 months (coz i'm stuck with the least).. and experience all those bad things about this apartment. The laundry closes at 10pm.. there's a horrible philippino security guard who complains if you leave the front door open coz you need to deliver your shopping goods from safeway. The assistances in the management office are rude and doesn't seem to want to provide help to people who are living there. They have 2 lifts in my side of the apartment and for they past 3 months they've been fixing one, so the whole lot of tenants have to queue for one!
I would really recommend you to find another person to live with you else where if you want to be paying 800 each! (u'll definitely find a real nice place with 1600 for 1 bedroom!!
I guess you could judge by yourself, by now.
