so i lived in trinity plaza for 8 months in 2002 and it was okay. im not saying it was the best, but for what i payed to be downtown, it was a good investment for me. the positive aspects of trinity plaza were the shop downstairs, free vaccuum usage, pool and free gym. a few steps from the building are is bart and muni, even though you have the homeless setting up "shop" in front, it's pretty safe. the management and office staff were always really great, especially ditas. all i did was clean my apartment and they gave me every penny back from the deposit. the negatives were the loud parking lot and area, homeless in front, nasty asian restaraunt downstairs, the fire alarm went off on occasion and expensive parking. overall, i'd live there again.
