There are lots of mice in the building and rats in the parking lot. The units are overpriced for what you get. The staff is rather indifferent and the filipino security guards are rude and act like they running the place and like the residents are the enemy. The location is ok for convenience but the neighborhood will not be good enough for most decent people. most of the studios have entire families of foreigners living in them. The change machine for the laundry is broken or out of order at least once a week and so are the washers. If you need a place in a hurry though there is usually vacancy.
