I agreee with most of the comments. They offered cheap rent to fill the place up after construction. After they raised my rent by 150.00 I decided it wasn't worth it to live in that neighborhood.

They are trying to charge me for cleaning my carpet and painting. There is nothing beyond normal wear and tear since I lived there over a year, so I am fighting it through the Discrict Attorneys office.

The place is sourounded by 2 or 3 homeless shelters, so there are always plenty to harrass you, as well as drug addicts, acholics, and hookers. Constant noise outside from fire engines picking up drunks, the Great American Music Hall.

People living there write on the walls, throw garbage everywhere, skateboard in the halls. You can have 20 people at the pool drinking, smoking and find out none of them live there.

My friend had his car broke into outside.

I called and left messages with the management and never received a reply. You have make sure you talk to them or they don't respond. It could be a nice place but with the current management it won't ever be.



The back of the building (alley) is a big bathroom for all the homeless people and reeks of urine...and...
