TRINITY TOWERS, where do i begin....
First of all the last comment about this complex being good for some, is full of ----! There is nothing great about this apartment. Looks can play tricks on you. The person has to be a staff member, or friends with the owner of Trinity.

What is so great about living in an apartment that has mold growing everywhere. It is so bad that mold mushrooms have been reported, an orange color and black mold have contaminated almost the whole entire complex. And people, you know what mold can smell like. SERIOUS health problems and even death can occur with this type of mold. Yes, they are remodling that is true, but to get rid of mold, serious decontamination has to occur with a team of experts with moon suits, or the whole building has to be torn down and rebuilt. MOLD DOES NOT GO AWAY!!
Please do not let the remodle fool you, if you cherish your health and life STAY OUT!

Let's talk about the noise!
It's hell! If you watch tv and want some fresh air, or want to enjoy the cool breeze tha San Francisco has it will be short lived. With the window open you have to have to tv real loud to hear. Sirens, horns honking, people yelling, screaming etc. and lots of fender benders will make you have your window closed constantly to breath in the MOLD!

Rain...Rain...Rain...go away!!
When it rains, forget about it. When you feel your apartment stuffy especially when it rains, water will invade your apartment through the windows.

12 floors....
asked if apartment building is earthquake safe, retrofitted, guess what' THEY ALL DON'T KNOW!! IMAGINE BEING IN A 7.0-8.0 EARTHQUAKE ON ONE OF THE HIGH FLOORS. AND YOU KNOW IT WILL HIT!!!

RATS, spiders, mold, parking, muggings, shootings, hookers, shall I go on!

This complex brings your level of saftey and enjoyment and quality of life to a levels that you may have not experienced before. I lived here, and happy to say, I will never live here again. This is one of those apartments complexes that you will have your first or worst experience in apartment living in San Francisco.
