If your payment is late and you rewrote a check and canceled your original one: $25 cancellation fee plus late fee based on your rent. If you forgot your key after 6pm, $50. And there's a host of other charges I have yet to experience.

Alot of people move in with the hope that the reviews posted here are just a few of the unfortunate ones, but doesn't it say something when this apt is rated at 13% with as many as 40 reviews' I didn't believe it before, but I do now.
