This building is way overpriced for such a bad neighborhood. If you manage to get home safely, you will enjoy a relatively big apt for the money, but is this worth it'
The management is totally disrespectful and doesn't care about you - only your money.
Do not move in there !! go somewhere safer where you will find a more respectful landlord!!

* Parking access is terrible. There are 3 floors, management never lets you get a spot on the 1st floor for unknown reason or if you want to get another spot than your own, you can forget it. There are heavy bumps every 50ft which makes you go so slow that every ride in this parking lot is a total waste of time.

* Street noise is ok, except when there are people yelling in the street in the middle of the night which occurs pretty much every night in that neighborhood

* The elevators systems is ridiculous. You have to use 2 elevators to go back home if your apt is higher that the 2nd floor... The building architect for sure doesn't live in that building and must be laughing at you everyday thinking how stupid he made this building

* Safety is nonexistent. It's common to find homeless people sitting in the elevator. There should be at least 2 guards on duty 24/7 in this neighborhood, but the landlord is so cheap that there is barely one. Ask the management how many cars get broken into every month in the garage!

* There are so many leaks everywhere, I don't even know where to start...

* When the laundry machines are not broken, the laundry card machine - that you need to pay for your laundry - is either broken or stolen, and they each time need an entire month to get a new one.

I thought years after leaving that place things would change. Same old trinity STOOL!
