I find it quite humorous that the management is perhaps writing their own reviews now. These last two reviews are dubious at best. I'm sure some people may slip through the cracks and have a decent experience, but it must be rare. My roommate and I have had some pleasant experiences with certain staff such as Nina, Agusto, and John. However, the others in their employ are sub par at best, and generally rude.
We experienced a great flood, and 16 days of turmoil in our apartment. It had nothing to do with us, and we both became ill due to the state of things. It was horrendous. If you are living here and never experience such a thing, you will probably like it just fine. Well, there have been some crack heads in the hallway and people getting it on in the hot tub. Let's face it though, it is in the Loin, and spice is nice, right'

Nothing new here. Same tired whining about events of long ago. No one is saying there wasn't a malfunction in the sprinkler system and next to a fire a flood has got to be a HUGE pain in the ass. No doubt! But hey, that's over! It's 2009! Get over it! Provide current facts from people who live here now or find something more useful to do with your time!

Here's some new information for you...the building has bed bugs all over the place and management is treating it unit by unit, not drilling in the walls, not informing neighbors, and lying to people who report them. They are spraying the bugs around the building, so if you live here, it's just a matter of time before it's you. They are trying to keep it quiet, which they don't realize isn't going to work when they treat their tenants like dogs. Good luck with that.

LSTATTI-
Maybe you should do a fact check before making accusations.. The flood occurred in February of 2009, affected more than 10 units, and Trinity Towers was taken to court and sued because of their handling, or lack thereof, of the events that transpired.. I currently live there also, why don't you find something more useful to do with your time than being an uninformed, accusatory, naysayer. Thanks!
