Way too Noisy and not Secure From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/12/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   The Management sucks! It's hell having to deal with them. And if you don't pay attention, they will try to rip you off on the rent, utilities... They're just lucky that most of the residents are international students who have not idea of what the rent policy is in S.F. And also what the Rent board could do!! I do not recommend this place
