Not too many bad things to say sbout the place except the silverfish problem is kind of gross. At first I thought my dogs had brought them in but once I started talking to other residents, I discovered the building was infested with them. I think it's because of the Shingle matterial the buildings covered with. I woke up one night and one was on my bed, I FREAKED OUT. Tried bug spray, bombs and nothing worked. they come out of the wall mounted heaters there.
Management was great!!!!. The staff was always pleasant and courtious and the janitorial staff was awesome. I even befriended some of them.
The bay windows and the height of the apartments really make them feel like they are large but once you try to fit more furniture than a bed and sofa in a studio, it begins to look like a dorm room.
When I left, a 500 sq ft studio was going for a minimum of $1629 from $1299. What extras do you get, new black kitchen appliances and a tiled bathroom and kitchen floor.
In summary, you can get a LOT MORE for the same price or cheaper in Brisbane, San Bruno or Burlingame and the neighborhoods are soooooo much better.
