Stay away From: SFNative Date posted: 9/3/2001 Years at this apartment: 1991 - 2001   SERIOUS mosquito(sp') problem. Unbelievable amount of noise. I'm writing this at 3:00 a.m. because the neighborhood punks just woke everybody up again. Security always shows up after they are gone. I'm either going to sue or move.
