was quite good though... From: fdenis Date posted: 1/14/2002 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000   I've live there for 5 months. Well, for someone coming from Canada, the rent price was enormous, but, hey, there were crazy everywhere in SF. Actually, the rent I was paying was a "good value" for the size of the apartment and the proximity of Stonestown Galleria and the public transportations. It was quite noisy (walls appear to be made of cardboard) and it's true that drunk students may be a pain in the !#@ from time to time, but if you can cope with it, it's a good place to live (10 minutes of jogging from ocean beach!). And for my part, the management gave me good services. I had to move back here after only 5 months and everything went smoot with the landlords. I think I would go back there if I had the opportunity (even if mostiquoes are bugging ;-)
