Nice place, terrible management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/10/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   The stonestown security towed away my car by mistake from my reserved parking space, fow which I was paying $50 a month for one year. The management reimbersed only the cost of towing. The utilities are free, but only for one year. After one year the utility cost gets $25 higher, so this is a nice way to avoid rent control and to raise rent by 10%. When I asked to lower my rent, because it 15% higher what new tenants a currently paying, the manager smiled and told that they cannot decrease rent because they need money.
