From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/21/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Okay, so everyone has complained about the bugs, the noise, the rude staff, and parking. All of these are issues, but not major issues. I grew up in a very wealthy household, and have a low tolerance for bad conditions, but honestly, Stonestown is fine. I now live in NY, and would do anything to be back. Yes, there are mosquitoes, but you will get used to them. And when the grounds are sprayed the situation becomes much better. The apts are on a lake, what do you expect''' It's not that loud at night. Of course, there is noise at times, but it's not out of control. The staff is a bit rude, but if you are persistant with them, you will get their way. The apts are very roomy and have nice carpet. I loved living here! There are very nice grassy areas outside in which you can sit and relax. It is also very close to the mall, and the muni line. Everyone, stop complaining!
