NEVER AGAIN

I have had so many countless problems with this apartment complex. I hate it. I have lived here less than a year and I am looking for somewhere else to live. My apartment hasn't been remodeled yet since my roommate who holds the lease has been living there since before they started remodels, we pay the same as a remodeled apartment, yet we have to find somewhere to live for 8 months if we want ours remodeled' no thanks. Also, the laundry facilities are broken half of the time, so we have to drive to laundromats. more so, we have had COUNTLESS incidents with the sinks leaking, shower head doesn't run, dishwasher is broken, toilets, sink disposal is backed up, ECT and it takes them weeks to follow through with our complaints and fix it. Also, there is constantly a new posting from SFPD about new cases with mugging and robbing at knife point ECT by our apartment. It is rattling and unsafe, I have never seen a patrol officer by our apartments at night.... Wouldn't you think that would help the problem if we had some sort of protection' AND I pay extra per month for my OWN parking spot to avoid the hassle of finding street parking, and someone has been parking in my spot for the last week (without valid parking from university park north at all, nonetheless I pay for parking spot 438 and they've been parking in my personal spot. I called UPN and told them someone had been parking in my spot for a week and hasn't moved. They told me to call university police, I did, and all they can do for me is ticket the car.I want the ---- towed. I pay for that spot and can't even park in it'' AND I have to call everyday to have it ticketed' NO HELP. There has also been quite a few problems with our file in the leasing office. they have lost our rent check on multiple occasions and charge us a late fee. another problem is that they never update our file on current roommates, EVEN THOUGH we send them updated paperwork everytime something changes. In addition to all this even though some of us don't attened SFSU we all have to follow college rules. Like no alcohol in the apartment at all, even though the majority of us are over 21. And when we get in trouble for anything, we have to deal with the university and they give us assignments for online to do' NO. We also had an incident where some random guy was smoking weed in the stairwell on the FLOOR of our apartment and they came and accused us of it, and brought SFPD. even though they guy they caught smoking told them they don't live in the building and left. They came straight to our door and accused us, and we don't even have anyone in our apartment that fit their description. SFPD said they didn't have any evidence that it was us, because we've never had a smoking or drug violation ever, and their accusations didn't make sense. But we still ALL, every single person that lives in the apartment had to go down to SFSU and have a hearing to defend our case, I missed work it was a waste of my time.
I hate this building and I do not recommend living here. It is not worth the hassle. NEVER AGAIN.
