I like it! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/28/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   I've lived there for almost a year and I love it. I live in the tower apartments and the only thing I can complain about is paying $50 a month for parking. It is an excellent area to live in, especially with a young child. Management has been very friendly, except for one girl who I have learned not to waste my time with, but everyone else is very helpful. Rent is somewhat high, but it is worth it with a gorgeous view of Lake Merced and the ocean from one of the lower floors, and also to be able to come home at all hours of the night and not worry about being in a dangerous area or having my car broken into. I am a young college student myself with a young son, and I can't complain about either the young college students or the elderly people who live in my building (or the mosquitoes-I have screens). My apartment is very modern and elegant and is not falling apart like some others are apparently.
