location and building are great, as is the Venn management team as they are very responsive. Muni stops are super accessible and building in a good area. but maintenance is slow to address issues and can take weeks to resolve

Very poor. Packages lost and damaged, maintenance requests are not completed, staff is unhelpful and rude. I would not recommend anyone move here. Neighborhood is unsafe and homeless people constantly living outside front door

Excellent staff, clean, quiet and fantastic location located a mile from Castro and on the corner of Mission and Hayes neighborhood if I had to move I would miss being here amazing view of the city as well

Good overall, though the laundry in unit is poor, a main reason we may leave. Good roof space and location. Safe building, minus when tents outside the propery. Would be good to have balconies and windows cleaned more often.

Great living space, friendly staff and a great location to live. It's good to know that it's a pet friendly apartment. All neighbors are friendly as well. The convenience of stores and shops is excellent.
