The owner is a real nice person and is not a physco....he cares about his tenants safety in a high rise building, making sure everything is earthquake proof and fire proof and even takes care of the housework himself. That is dedication, not physco...
i would rather have a owner who is around than to be missing. The owners are the sweetest people.
