Sure there are a lot of little hooligans that run around, but if you don't like the city noise, it's great. There is lots of parking available and its not like the apartment company has control of the people who ride the bus. I have personally not had any problems with ANY residents there. It takes me 15 minutes to drive to the grocery store and the same toime to drive to work. The amount of space they give you for the price is amazing too. I would reccomend it. No where is perfect, but when you are driving to work in the morning and you see the best view of SF available, it makes your day a little better. I have had no maintenance issues. Once, the hot water went out late at night, but it was fixed the next morning.
