Three Years and No Regrets

I have lived on the island for three years and have enjoyed most every moment. The island does have its pockets of unsafe housing, but I live on one of the major streets and feel completely safe. The neighbors do have loud parties at times, but I have never had any problem sleeping by 12:00 except on rare weekends. I have never had a break in or vandalized car. The cheap rent is also a plus. I'll live out there until a job dictates I move.
