Don't expect anything from the management. They will be very courteous, friendly, and helpful before you sign the lease...but once that's done things change.

Maintenance is definitely hit or miss. They can be prompt in getting the repair done, but I can almost guarantee you it will be a sloppy, rushed job that will leave you calling them again a few months down the road.

The leasing office WILL play favorites, enforcing rules to some tenants and not to others. I have spoken with many other tenants in my time there and have found that certain rules only seem to apply to certain units.

If you look at the rating, it's at 50%. That is a perfect way to look at it. You pretty much take a 50/50 chance in signing the lease and enjoying yourself on the island.

I have found prices within the city which rival Treasure Islands. I have to STRONGLY recommend looking for an alternative, they are out there if you search hard enough.
