This place was horrible. Where do I begin' Let's start with the scary dirty streets. There are always hoodlums hanging around with no respect, fighting, yelling, and leaving thier 2 year olds to roam the streets and the park alone. You can often find such things as condoms, clothes and garbage when walking the lovely trail. Or how about the time I couldn't get to my own home one Wed. Evening because the police blocked off the entire island due to a shooting' Now we can talk about the old falling apart and moldy units. We had an ant problem, no water pressure, a loud heater, yellow counter-tops, and severe water damage. Maintenance does not know how to fix anything. Your car is not safe, and parking is hard to find on the street after 6pm. There is one tiny ghetto market which does not allow people to come in in groups of two. I have witnessed several fights between the market owner and the JOB CORE kids. I get stared down every morning when driving to work and passing the bus stop, and if I try to walk anywhere i am hooted and hollered at by 15-18 year old kids.
The worst part of it all is the fact that if I need anything, gas, milk, anything I have to sit on the bridge.
