This person also has no idea of what the ongoing work is doing
THE SFSU rowdy student issue is only getting worse each year
maintenance has been deferred for a long time and those improvements are due to years of neglect by the management

As the first sentence is incomplete, I have no idea what this fool is trying to say. The student problem is a pain, but management is trying to make improvements. As for the neglect, this property has been neglected, but by previous management, and badly, too. Current management has a lot to catch up on and they are doing it. I stand by my original post.
