a saga of aggravation

Most of the recent reviews look to be solicited or written by Park Merced to counter the negative reviews that have prevailed.
I have lived here for 1 1/2 years (gave notice recently)and although the appearance has improved, my own experience is a saga of aggravation. One day when I have nothing better to do, I will spend a couple of hours describing my exposure to the 'management', the lack of consequences for bad neighbors and the 'legal' thievery that PM commits on the tenants. Not tonight though.
