It's a blessing that we only signed a 6 mo lease. Everything about this place is horrible, parking, loud noise,safety. People throw things out there windows, from several floors up. Tons of construction starting early in the morning, forget sleeping in. Not to mention the staff in the leasing and resident relations office have no idea what there doing. The resident relations office has lost our rent checks several times and leave notes on our door saying we will be evicted, when the checks were in the 1st. When the parking was so bad i decided to get a garage space for an extra $125/mo the office's records were so messed up they had no idea what spaces were even available. If you want to live in a combination college dorm/eldery home thats way over priced than Parkmerced is your place. Oh and don't be fooled by the clever curb appeal. all of the outside building are freshley painted and look really nice, also the pictures in the leasing office make it seem really fancy and high class, well its NOT!!! take a good look if you're thinking about moving here. My friend rents a 2 br in the outter sunset for $500 cheaper than our 1 br, and its way nicer. This was a miserable place to live.
