I've been here 1 month now and have enjoyed everyday since I've moved in. My neighbors are nice, the tower is kept clean and I haven't had any trouble finding parking. I think its unfortunate that more people dont talk about what this place is trying to do to improve its image. Parkmerced is a great location and I'm happy I made this my place my home.

Thirded. Although I'm not sure these are all "staff", keep in mind this person has lived in Park Merced a total of a month. Please update this in a year with a confirmation of your review or a correction.
